Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@thealtbeauty.com or 9028809888 with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
4. Send the Package: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
