Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our products across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat rate of ₹60 will be charged.
• Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹150 per order, irrespective of order value.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays by the carrier.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Address Changes

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
• If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customercare@thealtbeauty.com
• Address changes made after the order has been shipped may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• altBeauty is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping carrier issues.
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customercare@thealtbeauty.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Delivery Issues

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or building security first.
• If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at customercare@thealtbeauty.com, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
